Fetullah Gulen is a Turkish intellectual and former Imam who now lives in the United States. His ideas have created a global movement, especially in the field of education, that is spreading throughout Africa. Gabrielle Angey, a PhD candidate at EHESS in Paris, wrote this brief analysis.
