Mayor "Tarzan" of Mogadishu

Mohamed Mubarak wrote a short piece on Mohamoud Ahmed Nur, the mayor of Mogadishu but better known as "Tarzan," for Foreign Policy magazine. Nur previously ran an Internet cafe in London for 20 years.
