Somalia: Criticism of Clan Federalism

Mohamed M. Uluso wrote a brief piece for Pambazuka News on 6 February 2013 titled "Clan Federalism Tears Somalia Apart."  Uluso argued that clan federalism only expands the problems of bad governance.
