Americans Are Losing Billions in Business to China, Tanzanian Ambassador Says," newly arrived Tanzanian ambassador to the US, Liberata Rutageruka Mulamula, urged the US private sector to take more interest in Africa. She commented that US companies are not only falling behind China but companies from Brazil, UK, South Africa, Germany, etc.
