Surfing Russia's Military Cooperation with Angola" by Kester Kenn Klomegah, an independent researcher and freelance journalist. He questions the need for Angola's recent purchase of high performance SU-30K fighter aircraft from Russia. I am quoted in the article. Uganda and Ethiopia have also purchased this aircraft or have shown serious interest.
