The Enough Project published in June 2014 a report titled "
Janjaweed Reincarnate: Sudan's New Army of War Criminals" by Akshaya Kumar and Omer Ismail, both with the Center for American Progress in Washington. This is a worrisome account about an organization that did so much damage in Darfur in the early 1990s and now reportedly has even closer ties with the government of Sudan.
