The International Crisis Group (ICG) published on 27 July 2015 an analysis titled "
South Sudan Keeping Faith with the IGAD Peace Process." The ICG concluded that the international community needs to support an IGAD-led realistic, regionally-centered strategy to end the war, underpinned by coordinated threats and inducements.
