The Ethiopian Embassy in London published on 10 November 2022 a statement titled "The Peace Agreement Ending the Conflict in Northern Ethiopia."
Referring to the cessation of hostilities agreement as a "comprehensive peace deal," the statement highlights those parts of the agreement that are favorable to the central government. One important omission in the statement is any direct reference to Eritrean military forces in Ethiopia and what happens to them.
