Africa and Great Power Competition

The Hinrich Foundation published on 8 August 2023 a report titled "The Drums Echoing: Africa's Rising Clout in Global Trade and Geopolitics" by Keith M. Rockwell.

The author argues that Africa is rising as a key player in global trade and geopolitics due in part to great power competition.  He looks especially at the rise of China in Africa.
