Ending Violence in South Sudan

Chatham House published on 15 July 2016 suggestions for ending the violence in South Sudan titled "South Sudan's Peace Deal Hangs in the Balance" by Dame Rosalind Marsden. Among other steps, Dame Marsden calls for a comprehensive arms embargo.
