Report on contemporary piracy

The American Bar Association Standing Committee on Law and National Security has recently published a report that focuses on the Somali piracy issue. Titled "Contemporary Piracy: Consequences and Cures" (PDF format) and dated October 2009, it tends to look at the problem from a legal perspective.
