"The New South-South Dynamic in Global Affairs: A Changing World Order?"

I am speaking on a panel at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace on March 18 at a conference titled "The New South-South Dynamic in Global Affairs: A Changing World Order?" The Center for Global Studies at George Mason University is sponsoring the conference. The panel I am on is titled "The Political Economy of South-South: Trade, Development & Human Mobility" (2 to 3:45 p.m.), and my co-panelists are Mary Breeding, post-doctoral research associate, Institute for the Study of International Migration, Georgetown University; Jaime Daremblum, senior fellow, Hudson Institute; and Ramkishen Rajan, associate professor, School of Public Policy George Mason University.
