Sudan's Oil War
Writing for the International Policy Digest, Daniel Wagner and Patrick Hall published on 7 May 2012 a commentary titled "Sudan's Oil War." I do not agree with all of the analysis. For example, while most northern Sudanese have not treated southerners as equals, it is going too far to suggest, as the authors do, that northerners treated the civil war as a "slave rebellion." In any event, you can read the commentary for yourself by clicking here.
