South Sudan: Railway vs. Pipeline and Truth and Reconciliation
The Sudd Institute in Juba, South Sudan, published recently two brief papers on internal issues. The first is dated 22 February 2013 by Samuel Nyuon Akoi Nyuon, an engineering student at Cornell University, titled "Railway: A Better Option than Pipeline for South Sudan." The second is dated 27 February 2013 by Adel Sandrai and Augustino Ting Mayai, both directors at the Sudd Institute, titled "Truth and Reconciliation in South Sudan."
