Westgate Mall: Kenyans are Resilient

Stephanie Burchard, research staff member at the Institute for Defense Analysis (IDA) outside Washington, was in Nairobi at the time of the Westgate Mall bombing.  She wrote a brief commentary titled "Westgate: The View from Nakuru, Nairobi, and Washington, D.C" on 26 September 2013 for the IDA newsletter.  Her bottom line conclusion: The Kenyan people are resilient.
