Governor of Somali Central Bank Resigns
The governor of Somalia's Central Bank, Yussur A.F. Abrar, resigned effective 30 October 2013. While Abrar's letter of resignation offers only one side of this issue, it is not a good omen for financial integrity within the Federal Republic of Somalia.
