Somali Diaspora in Uganda

The Inter Press Service published on 31 March 2014 an article titled "Somali Diaspora Not Ready to Buy One-Way Tickets Home Yet" by Amy Fallon.  An estimated 12,000 Somalis live in Uganda, most of them at Kisenyi, which is known as Little Mogadishu.  While Air Uganda has direct air flights between Entebbe and Mogadishu, most of the Somalis living in Uganda are only prepared to visit, not return permanently.
