The Way Forward for Somalia

Pambazuka News published on 18 June 2014 a commentary titled "The Way Forward for Somalia" by Abdul Ghelleh.  The author argues that the solution for Somalia is an entity of five regional governments with equal powers.  The heads of the five regions would eventually meet to appoint a chairperson who would then act as national president and head of state.
