Carnegie Europe posted on 22 December 2020 a commentary titled "The Conflict in Ethiopia Calls into Question Authoritarian Aid" by Nic Cheeseman, University of Birmingham.
The author argues that the international donor community should recalibrate the assistance it provides to Ethiopia in light of its authoritarian practices and the conflict in Tigray Region.
