A CNN team traveling in central Tigray reports that Eritrean troops are operating with total impunity killing, raping and blocking humanitarian aid to starving populations. Eritrean troops are either working with the Ethiopian government or actually in charge. The story includes a 9 minute video of a road trip to Axum.
