The International Crisis Group posted on 7 July 2021 an analysis titled "Resurgent Tigray and Horn of Africa Politics" by Richard Atwood.
The author argues that the war in Tigray Region is likely to enter a new phase that carries even graver danger of triggering a wider crisis in the Horn of Africa.
