The New York Times published on 3 November 2021 an article titled "Atrocities on All Sides in Ethiopia's War, U.N. Says as Rebels Advance" by Declan Walsh.
A joint report by the Ethiopian Human Rights Commission and the UN High Commission for Human Rights placed blame widely for atrocities committed in connection with the civil war in Ethiopia.
