US Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced $331 million in new humanitarian aid to Ethiopia in fiscal year 2023. This brings total US humanitarian assistance to the region in FY 2023 to $780 million and makes the United States the largest single-country provider of humanitarian assistance in Ethiopia.
