Ethiopia announced it will launch a joint investigation with Saudi Arabia into the Human Rights Watch report of the killing of hundreds of Ethiopian migrants trying to cross from Yemen into Saudi Arabia. In the meantime, Ethiopia urged against speculation, noting the "excellent longstanding relations" between Addis Ababa and Riyadh.
