After the fourth and final annual seasonal filling of the reservoir behind the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam on the Blue Nile, Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed announced that the reservoir is now full. The government of Egypt condemned the announcement; the government of Sudan has yet to comment.
