Correction to "Ethiopian Armed Groups"

I have attached a corrected version of my remarks titled "Ethiopian Armed Groups" found in the right-hand sidebar that were presented in Garmisch on November 13 - 14. Leenco Lata pointed out that he is not supporting any faction of the Oromo Liberation Front, but rather is engaged with others to resolve differences between the Dawud and Kamal factions. I apologize for the inaccurate statement in the original paper.
