U.S.-China Engagement in Africa

The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) published in November 2011 a report titled “China’s Emerging Global Health and Foreign Aid Engagement in Africa.”  I contributed a paper titled “U.S.-China Collaboration on Health and Agriculture in Africa.”  The monograph is a compilation of six papers that were written for the Conference on China’s Emerging Global Health and Foreign Aid Engagement sponsored by CSIS and the China Institute of International Studies in Beijing on 24 May 2011.
