War in the Sudan?
Marina Ottaway at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington commented on 9 May 2012 why Sudan and South Sudan appear on the brink of all-out war. While this is not a view that I agree with, her brief comments are worth reading. She also argues that "South Sudan is not a country for all practical purposes." Click here to access her analysis.
