South Sudan President and Vice President at Loggerheads
Jon Temin, a Sudan specialist at the US Institute for Peace, gave a two and one-half minute interview titled "Analyst Says South Sudan President at Loggerheads with Deputy" to Radio France Internationale. He concluded South Sudan President Salva Kiir and Vice President Riek Machar have been at loggerheads for some time.
