Higher Education in Somalia

The Mogadishu-based independent research organization, the Heritage Institute for Policy Studies, published in August 2013 a major study titled "The State of Higher Eduction in Somalia: Privatization, Rapid Growth, and the Need for Regulation."  This is the most extensive analysis of this topic since 1991.
