Justice and Reconciliation in South Sudan
The Sudan Tribune published on 9 January 2014 an excellent piece titled "An Integrated Response to Justice and Reconciliation in South Sudan" by David Deng, research Director for the South Sudan Law Society, and Elizabeth Deng, a human rights lawyer based in Nairobi. It focuses on South Sudan's weak justice system and the need to implement a mechanism for holding perpetrators of violence accountable.
