New Student Website on African Issues

There is a new student run website on sub-Saharan African issues called Student Center for African Research and Resolutions (SCARR).  Most of the students involved in the project are from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University and Howard University, both in Washington, D.C.  Its goal is to create a new dialogue on public policy.  The latest student written articles deal with secession in Sudan, economic growth in sub-Saharan Africa, and al-Shabaab in Somalia.
