China Halts Arms Sales to South Sudan

Bloomberg carried an article on 30 September 2014 titled "China Halts Arms Sales to South Sudan after Norinco Shipment" by Ilya Gridneff.  Following criticism of a $38 million arms shipment in June to South Sudan from the China North Industries Group Corporation, China announced that it was inappropriate to implement the remainder of the contract.
