The World Bank has released its 2015 edition on the ease of Doing Business in Eritrea. The profile looks at the following factors: business environment, construction permits, electricity, property, credit, minority investors, taxes, trade, contracts, insolvency, labor regulations, and ease of doing business ranking.
The World Bank evaluated 189 economies globally. Eritrea ranked last at 189, the same ranking as last year. By comparison, South Sudan ranked 186, Sudan 160, Djibouti 155, Uganda 150, Kenya 136, and Ethiopia 132.
