Growing Concerns about African Debt

This is Africa published on 27 May 2016 an article titled "AfDB President Warns against Africa's Rising Debt" by Adrienne Klasa. The head of the African Development Bank noted that falling commodity prices, China's economic slowdown, and climate shocks are putting pressure on a number of African countries. While not yet a crisis, he urged that African leaders take a hard look at their indebtedness.
