The Center for Strategic and International Studies published in November 2018 a study titled "Accessing South Sudan: Humanitarian Aid in a Time of Crisis" by Erol Yayboke.
The author looks at the challenges faced by humanitarian aid organizations as they try to access the 7 million South Sudanese who are in need of humanitarian assistance.
