The French Council of Investors in Africa just published the third edition of "Barometre CIAN des leaders d'opinion en Afrique, realise par IMMAR."
This is a survey of opinion leaders in 12 French and Arabic-speaking African countries. The US placed first at 43 percent, followed by Germany (37 percent), Canada (34 percent), UK (28 percent), and China (22 percent). A positive perception of China dropped 15 points since CIAN's first survey three years ago.
