As Tigray Defense Forces advance in neighboring Amhara Region, Amhara are accusing them of some of the same human rights abuses that Tigrayans earlier charged were being perpetrated by Amhara militia, Ethiopian National Defense Forces, and Eritrean Defense Forces in Tigray Region.
