UN humanitarian chief, Martin Griffiths, said the UN has concluded there is a de facto government blockade of food, medical supplies and fuel to Tigray Region, where the malnutrition rate is now more than 22 percent. He added that just 10 percent of needed humanitarian supplies have been reaching Tigray in recent weeks.
