The US Mission to the United Nations posted on 6 October 2021 the statement by Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield on Ethiopia at a UN Security Council briefing.
The US statement emphasized that UN personnel recently barred from Ethiopia must be allowed to return immediately so they can deal with the humanitarian crisis in the country.
