Ethiopia Insight published on 14 August 2022 a report titled "Students' Learning in Tigray Is Being Crippled by the War" by an anonymous author.
The Tigray Education Bureau recently published a devastating assessment of the educational situation in Tigray Region following the outbreak of conflict in 2020. According to the study, 88 percent of classrooms have been damaged and primary school enrollment fell to 21 percent in 2021.
