The Africa Center for Strategic Studies published on 31 May 2023 a fact sheet titled "Sudan Conflict Straining Fragility of Its Neighbors."
The conflict in Sudan has resulted in the displacement of 485,000 Sudanese to neighboring Egypt, Libya, Chad, Central African Republic, South Sudan, and Ethiopia. Fleeing Sudanese have only avoided Eritrea. Another 1.2 million Sudanese have been internally displaced.
