Quartz Africa published on 21 February 2019 a commentary titled "The 21st Century Belongs to Africa--But the 22nd Will Be Africa's" by Lonny J. Avi Brooks, California State University, East Bay.
The author argues that Africa will perform well in the 22nd century because of technological leapfrogging, its demography, cultural strength, and adaptability.
