Somalis in US Turn to Meat Industry
The Washington Post published on 25 May 2016 a long story titled "For Somalis, Hope Falls to the Cutting Floor: Refugees Entrapped by Popular Meat Industry" by Chico Harlan. The story describes the movement of Somalis into jobs in the meat cutting industry in the American Mid-West.
