Doing Business in Somalia
The World Bank has just released its annual Doing Business 2018 report. It evaluated 190 countries. Somalia ranked dead last at 190, its score down slightly compared to the 2017 report.

The World Bank has just released its annual Doing Business 2018 report. It evaluated 190 countries. South Sudan ranked 187, a slight reduction compared to the 2017 report. By comparison, Sudan ranked 170 and Somalia ranked 190.

Doing Business in Sudan 2013
The World Bank has released a summary of its ranking for doing business in Sudan for 2013. Out of 185 economies ranked, Sudan held position number 143, a drop of three places as compared to 2012. The average ranking for Sub-Saharan Africa was 140.
Sudan scored well on registering property and satisfactorily on resolving insolvency. It scored low on getting credit, dealing with construction permits and protecting investors.

The World Bank has released a summary of its ranking for doing business in Kenya for 2013. Out of 185 economies ranked, Kenya held position number 121, a drop of four places as compared to 2012.
