Kenya and Peaceful Elections

Kenya surprised many observers by holding generally peaceful elections this month.  Kenyans should be commended for this success (at least so far) in view of the violence that followed the 2007 elections.  Solomon Ayele Dersso, senior researcher at the Institute for Security Studies in Addis Ababa, offered a brief analysis on 21 March 2013 titled "How Kenya Delivered Its Peaceful General Elections."
