Xi Jinping Visit to Africa

J. Peter Pham, director of the Washington-based Atlantic Council's Africa Center, published a commentary on 25 March 2013 titled "What Xi Sees in Africa."  After describing the nature of the China-Africa relationship, it contrasts the amount of time Chinese leaders have spent in Africa compared to the amount of time spent by President Obama.
