Germany, China and Africa

The German Asia-Pacific Business Association devoted the most recent issue of its Insight Asia Pacific to articles concerning China.  Most of them are in German; several are in English.  The publication included a reprint of a piece I wrote for The Diplomat in March 2013 titled "China and Africa in the Xi Jinping Era."
