South Sudan and the Risks of Unrest

The Juba-based Sudd Institute published on 3 December 2013 a commentary titled "South Sudan and the Risks of Unrest" by Jok Madut Jok, co-founder of the Institute.  He warns that South Sudan's youthful population may be losing trust in the country's leadership, which "should not play with fire."
