Japanese Prime Minister Visits Africa
The Institute for Security Studies in South Africa published on 16 January 2014 an analysis titled "Japan in Africa: Kaizen Culture and the Art of Rotating Leadership" by Peter Fabricius, foreign editor of South Africa's Independent Newspapers. This is a solid commentary on Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's recent visit to Ethiopia, Cote d'Ivoire, and Mozambique.
